COVID-19 Updates

The health and well-being of your pet continues to be our top priority. In order to continue to serve you and your pets through this pandemic, we have made changes to clinic policies to protect your health and the health of our team. Please check back regularly and watch our facebook page for further updates.

Spring 2022 - Update - TPH is following standard AHS protocols, however, clients are welcome to wear masks and we are happy to as well if needed. We will continue to practice social distancing and limit (human) food or beverages into the clinic.   

November 27, 2020 - Update

-Face coverings are mandatory.

-One person per appointment, food or medication pickup. 

-No (human) food or drink in clinic.

-Limited amount of people in the clinic at once; please arrive for your pets appointment on time not early or late.

April 2020 COVID-19

Temporary Change to Hours

Monday-Saturday

8:00AM – 6:00PM

This change is to allow us to split into 2 teams, with each team working 3 days per week. 

Please call when you arrive!

Our practice doors are currently locked to the public to limit physical contact and adhere to social distancing recommendations. When you arrive for your pet’s appointment please call us! We will collect history over the phone and send one of our team members to retrieve your pet for their examination. Your pet's doctor will call you with all exam findings and a treatment plan. During this time we request that you remain within your vehicle in the parking lot and that you are available by cell phone for the duration of your pet’s visit. Please note we are requesting all payments be made by debit or credit card. We can take a credit card over the phone or debit/credit at the door.

Pet Food and Medications

Please call us if you are in need of your pets medication and or food. Please note we are requesting all payments be made by debit or credit card.  We can take credit payments over the phone or debit/credit payments at the door. We will bring the products to you. Register on our online store for pet food, supplies, treats & toys!
